El objetivo
de este proyecto es llevar a cabo un chatbot o asistente virtual que
funcione mediante inteligencia artificial y sea capaz de ayudar a sus usuarios
con las tareas cotidianas.
Este proyecto se ha realizado con
la colaboración de IBM España. Para explicarlo, dividimos el proyecto en cuatro
partes que se llevaron a cabo de manera sucesiva. La primera consiste en buscar
un contexto para nuestro chatbot, es decir, las funcionalidades que
tendrá y los usuarios para los que será útil.
A partir de esta información
comienza la segunda parte, el diseño utilizando la técnica del Design Thinking.
La siguiente parte consistirá en crear los diseños de la arquitectura del
asistente virtual. La última parte del proyecto fue la programación del chatbot.
El resultado es la primera versión
de un prototipo el cual puede realizar algunas de las funciones diseñadas para
el asistente virtual y ayudar así al usuario. La aplicación se puede utilizar
en Telegram agregando al bot: Usuzu
The goal of this project is to build a chatbot that works with
artificial intelligence and can help its users with their daily problems.
The first part of the project consists in searching a context to our
bot. With this information we will design the chatbot using the Design
Thinking method. We will collect some ideas that will join to make a mockup
with the functions of the bot.
The next step is to design the architecture of the chatbot. This
is a quite technical part of the project, but necessary to build a professional
one. Once we have all the designs we will start programming.
The result was a first version of the prototype that can use some of the
designed functions.
